Ordering Process

We make every effort to make sure orders are processed as soon as possible, and no unnecessary delays occur in processing your order.

In most cases, orders are processed immediately, often on the next business day for in-stock items.

It is important to note that during busy periods, delays may occur.

When placing your order, please consider the following:

  • Orders must be placed online at www.ultimatehomecomfort.com
  • Business hours at Ultimate Home Comfort:
    • Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Atlantic Time (AST) excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Ultimate Home Comfort has no access to, or control over, any additional fees billed to the customer by the credit card company, bank, or merchant processor.
  • Our shipping cut-off time is 8:00 AM (AST). Orders placed after 8:00 AM will be shipped on the next business day by 10:30 AM (AST). Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday (excluding holidays).
  • Allow 1 to 2 business days for shipping.
  • Ultimate home Comfort is not responsible for delays incurred once the shipping company has the item.
  • Please provide a street address for courier service as we are unable to deliver to a PO box.

Locate the Items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart

Check your Cart

Make sure all items and item quantities are accurate. Read any shipping alerts that may appear at the top of the cart. This is one of the methods we use to notify our customers of any possible delays due to holidays or other delivery issues.

Read the Terms of Service. You must accept the Terms of Service by clicking on the checkbox in order to place an order.

Click the “Checkout” Button

Enter Contact Information and Shipping Address

Double check that the contact information and shipping address is accurate for your current order. This is especially important if you have recently moved or are shipping to someone other than yourself.

Make sure your email is valid and will not block our shipping confirmation
After placing your order, your shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email. If the email provided is incorrect or invalid, your shipping confirmation will be unable to be delivered. If your email is correct but you are still having issues receiving our emails, you may also want to ensure that our Ultimate Home Comfort email has not been blocked by any spam filter or other process. You may also want to check your spam or junk mail folder to see if the email was moved there by your email client automatically. If the email is in your spam or junk folder, make sure to mark the email as “not spam” so that your email client can properly deliver your shipping confirmation in the future.

Make sure your shipping address is also valid
If your shipping address is entered incorrectly we may have issues getting your items shipped to you, and your order may get sent to the wrong address or returned to sender.

Enter Billing Information

If your billing address is the same as your shipping address, select “Same as shipping address”. Otherwise, select “Use a different billing address” and enter the appropriate information.

Unable to Complete Purchase

If you are having issues accessing parts of our form, check that they are not being blocked by a pop-up blocker. Issues may also arise based on the browser you are using. Try using a different browser or clearing your browser cache if problems persist.
